In any industry recruitment process is one of the basic activity , But we observe that in number of cases the correct steps are not being followed , As a result there become conflict in the organization. Some time we are hearing that new person is not suitable, or He is not willing to do job, Or he is not following his immediate senior instructions. The starting point is recruitment process. So thinking these points we should try to stream line this process . Below are some of the rules , if we follow things will improve

GUIDELINES FOR EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT

  1. Fill a form to get approval for the hiring employee/ Taking on contract / Temporary worker.
  2. After getting management approval submit to H.R. Department
  3. Call the CV for the required post.
  4. Interview to be done by the immediate in charge.
  5. After approval of the immediate in charge interview to be done by the departmental in charge
  6. After departmental approval interview to be done by the H.R. Head
  7. Take verification of his document , and it has to be authenticated by the H.R. Head
  8. Take the details of person , who has referred him for the job (In case of referred candidates )
  9. For experienced Employee
    1. Every Employee should be appointed as under trial first for a provisional period of  30 days (in case of experienced )
    1. After taking on job test by the department and behavioral and disciplinary test by the H.R. only, he will be confirmed to do duties continue. This test should be done within a month. His job confirmation will be done only after 12 month of satisfactory work.
  10. For Fresh candidates
    1. Every employee will be under Trainee for a period of 3months. And he will be given stipend.After 3 months he will be evaluated by the department for the job knowledge and HR will evaluate for the personal behavior and discipline. Once he passes the all requirement will be given a designation of the next level for the next 9 months. If fails then he will be given a further chance of 3 months as trainee.
    1. His job confirmation will be done after 12 months of his promotion from the trainee to next level.
