Finishing Department KPI
We all are working day in and day out . And some times people say in the textile line there is no off time. But if we see the successfuly running companies , There we find every one is doing his own work, And managment is monitoring every department performance regularly. So the difference in between the good running company and not doing well company is that managment is reviewing the performance or not.
By review of the performance actually managment is involving the lowest post person of the department for the growth of the department ultimately of the company .
Here is the well used format by me to evaluate the performance of the finishing section. Data are not important . Important is the regular follow up. Regular discussion on those points with the team.
Management will review with the Department Incharge . He has to dicuss same with shift incharge . And shift incharge has to discuss with operators .
